How do I cancel my subscription?
MWAH's subscription is billed and managed entirely by Apple, so it's cancelled through your iPhone, not through us: open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → select MWAH → Cancel Subscription. We don't have access to your payment details and can't cancel it on our end.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your budget data, profile, and account from our servers — it can't be undone. Want a copy first? Use Settings → Export (CSV/JSON) before deleting.
How do I turn the AI assistant off?
Go to Settings → AI Assistant and switch it off anytime. Every other part of MWAH — envelopes, income, trends, manual entry — works exactly the same with AI off. You can turn it back on whenever you like.
Does MWAH connect to my bank?
No. MWAH never asks for bank logins, card numbers, or account access, and it has no integration with any bank. You enter your own numbers by hand or by typing/saying them — nothing is pulled automatically from a financial institution.
